    Purpose of the Job

    Play a key role in supporting Ocorian's Global File Review function by helping to deliver high-quality AML/CFT and client due diligence reviews across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with colleagues, clients and stakeholders, you'll contribute to ensuring regulatory requirements are met, risks are effectively managed and client records remain accurate and up to date. This role offers excellent exposure to compliance, regulatory frameworks and client lifecycle management, while providing opportunities to develop your technical knowledge, strengthen your leadership capabilities and support the ongoing improvement of review processes within a global environment.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the day-to-day allocation of work across the team, supporting productivity, quality and the achievement of service objectives.
    • Review and assess client information and documentation, ensuring compliance with AML/CFT, CDD and jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements.
    • Promote consistency and quality across file reviews by monitoring review outcomes and helping to maintain best practice standards.
    • Support the development of colleagues by identifying training needs, sharing knowledge and assisting with team capability building.
    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to obtain, verify and clarify information required for file review activities.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring client information is appropriately captured across systems and workspaces.
    • Partner with colleagues across Ocorian's global network to resolve compliance-related queries and support effective review outcomes.
    • Provide regular updates to management, identify potential risks or issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the File Review function.

    Knowledge, skills and experience

    • Degree qualified, preferably in a business, legal or financial discipline; a relevant professional qualification would be advantageous. Alternatively, HSC holders with significant relevant industry experience will be considered.
    • At least 2 years' experience in financial services, compliance, legal, audit, corporate administration or a related environment, with a sound understanding of AML/CFT and CDD requirements.
    • Experience coordinating or supporting a small team, with the ability to guide colleagues, foster collaboration and contribute to a positive team culture.
    • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities, make sound decisions and maintain a high level of accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
    • Proficiency in business systems and technology, combined with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset and flexibility to work US hours (16:30 to 01:00).
