Looking for candidates with strong Application/Production Support experience in:

✅ B2C / Customer-facing Applications

✅ eCommerce / Digital Portals / Web Applications

✅ Adobe Website, Rewards App & WeChat

✅ L1/L2 Troubleshooting & Incident Management

✅ Basic HTTP / Application Architecture knowledge

✅ Stakeholder & Business User Management

✅ Ability to guide junior support teams
