Senior Language Education Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the development and enhancement of the school's language education programmes to ensure high academic standards.
2. Design and review advanced teaching curricula, learning materials, and assessment frameworks for students across different proficiency levels.
3. Deliver advanced language instruction for executive, professional, examination preparation, and specialised language programmes.
4. Train, mentor, and coach teaching staff by conducting classroom observations, workshops, and professional development sessions.
5. Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and best practices based on international language education standards.
6. Develop specialised courses tailored for corporate clients, professionals, government agencies, and international students.
7. Evaluate students' learning outcomes and recommend improvements to teaching strategies and curriculum design.
8. Provide academic consultation to management regarding programme planning, educational quality assurance, and market development.
9. Represent the school in academic collaborations, seminars, educational events, and industry engagements where required.
10. Support the school's long-term academic development through research, curriculum innovation, and teacher capability building.
