About the Project
The project is a cloud-based property operations platform designed for the housing sector. It connects housing providers, property managers, residents, contractors and service providers within a single ecosystem. The platform helps automate repairs, maintenance, compliance, contractor coordination and resident communication while providing real-time reporting and analytics. It also integrates with existing property management systems to improve service delivery, reduce operational costs and streamline day-to-day workflows.

Key Requirements
5+ years of experience with PHP (Laravel)
1+ year of commercial experience with Vue.js
Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain user-facing features for the platform using Vue.js and Laravel.
Enhance the administration panel used to manage diagnostic questions, content, repair categories and problem types.
Investigate and resolve defects across frontend, backend and integration services.
Support the delivery of client-specific implementations when additional product expertise is required.
Contribute to technical decisions and share knowledge with other members of the Diagnostics and wider engineering teams.
