How you'll create confidence

Deliver professional consultations and craft personalised treatment plans that genuinely change how people feel about themselves
Deliver advanced skin consultations and assessments, developing personalised treatment plans aligned to individual client concerns and goals
Perform a broad range of advanced dermal, skin and laser treatments with a strong focus on safety, treatment quality and client outcomes
Apply your advanced understanding of skin health, treatment protocols and treatment planning to support effective client outcomes
Recommend tailored skincare and treatment programs that support clients throughout their skin journey
Build trusted, long-term client relationships through education, expertise and exceptional careBring your experience to the clinic floor, sharing knowledge and supporting high clinical standards across the team
Contribute to clinic performance through strong client retention, treatment conversion and achievement of individual and clinic goals

What makes you a great fit

Bachelor of Dermal Science, Bachelor of Health Science (Dermal Therapies), or equivalent recognised dermal qualification
2-3+ years of experience in dermal, skin or aesthetic treatments
Experience with medical-grade laser and energy-based devices, with Candela experience highly regarded
Strong knowledge of skin health, treatment protocols and client consultation
Passion for skin health, aesthetics and achieving strong client outcomes
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Confidence working towards goals and KPIs
A positive mindset and commitment to ongoing professional development
