Senior | Lead 2D Environment Artist

Grafit is an art outsourcing studio and online academy for artists. For over 15 years, we have been creating illustrations, concepts, 3D assets, and animations for games, movies, and books. Our team is comprised of over a hundred talented artists and managers. Most of our clients are major international studios, including Blizzard, Riot Games, NCSoft, CD Projekt RED, and others.

We are growing rapidly and expanding our team to better serve our existing clients and continuously join the production of new games.

We are looking for a Senior and Lead Environment Artists with experience in casual and semi-realistic styles. The role involves creating large-scale locations, architecture, and landscapes, as well as natural environments, atmospheric scenes, and detailed world-building elements.

Skills and experience we expect from you

• 3+ years of experience in game art or similar projects;
• A strong portfolio featuring casual or semi-realistic environment works;
• Solid skills in composition, lighting, color, and atmospheric perspective;
• Ability to work with feedback and deliver polished, high-quality final artwork;
• For Lead Artist: еxperience leading other artists, giving feedback, and collaborating with producers.
