Senior Lead AI Experience & UX Design (m/f/d)

Deutsche Telekom is seeking a Senior Lead AI Experience & UX Design to define the strategic vision for AI-driven customer experiences across Telekom's digital ecosystem. You will lead design excellence across multiple products, shaping intelligent and responsible user experiences.

You will guide teams through discovery to delivery, establish governance, and mentor designers while collaborating with product, engineering, and data science leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Define long-term UX vision and AI experience strategy for customer-facing products. Lead design across conversations, generative AI, automation and intelligent assistance. Shape human-AI interaction frameworks with transparency and responsible AI. Drive UX strategy from discovery to delivery with customer value focus. Lead multidisciplinary teams of designers, researchers, PMs, engineers and AI specialists. Establish design principles, governance and best practices for AI products. Champion rapid prototyping and iterative validation of AI concepts. Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences. Influence executives with design strategy, vision and data-driven decisions. Foster a high-performing design culture and mentor design leaders. Drive Design System evolution for multimodal AI interactions. Stay at the forefront of AI, UX and emerging technologies. Master's degree required in Design, HCI, Psychology, CS or related field. 10+ years of professional UX/Product/Experience Design. 6–8 years leading multidisciplinary design teams. 5+ years hands-on AI-powered product design experience.
