Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead / Associate Architect - Oracle Database Architect with 9+ years of experience in Oracle database development, architecture, performance tuning, migration, and high-availability solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing scalable database solutions, supporting application development teams, optimizing database performance, and leading enterprise database transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Oracle database solutions.
• Create and review database architecture, data models, schemas, and database standards.
• Collaborate with application development teams on database design and performance optimization.
• Lead Oracle database migration, consolidation, and upgrade initiatives.
• Develop automation solutions using Shell Scripting (Linux/Unix).
• Implement and manage Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and GoldenGate environments.
• Analyze SQL queries and optimize database performance.
• Ensure database scalability, availability, security, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Mentor database engineers and provide architectural guidance.
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose database solutions.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of Oracle Database experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle 11g/12c/19c.
• Hands-on experience in SQL, PL/SQL, and database design.
• Strong Shell Scripting experience (Linux/Unix).
• Oracle Database Migration and Upgrade experience.
• Expertise in Data Guard, GoldenGate, RAC, ASM, and RMAN.
• Database Performance Tuning and Query Optimization.
• Experience in Data Modeling and Database Architecture.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Team leadership and project delivery experience.
