Summary
The Senior/Lead Data Engineer will design and deliver scalable cloud-native data platforms and pipelines using Azure, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric. The role focuses on enabling advanced analytics and AI capabilities while collaborating with stakeholders.

You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering scalable data solutions, building cloud-native data platforms, and enabling advanced analytics and AI capabilities.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Senior Data Engineer, or Lead Data Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience in building ELT/ETL pipelines and modern data platforms.
- Strong SQL and Python development skills.
- Experience working within Azure cloud environments.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, data modelling, and data governance principles.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Desirable
- Experience with Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, dbt, or Data Factory.
- Exposure to Power BI or broader analytics platforms.
- Experience leading technical teams or mentoring engineers.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
