Senior Lead Design Engineer

Job Description:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering. Masters degree is preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the design and development of centrifugal/screw chillers used HVAC units for industrial, commercial, datacenter applications.
• Hands on experience in NPD, product upgrades of chillers
• Strong knowledge in usage of ASME codes and standards necessary for chillers design
• Lead, coordinate and collaborate with different project stakeholders and cross functional teams or customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Japanese language skill is highly desirable
• Good team player with experience in working with global teams
