About the Project
You will join a Property Operations SaaS platform that helps organizations manage and optimize property-related processes through digital solutions.
The product includes multiple interconnected modules designed to improve operational workflows, provide intuitive user experiences, and support integrations with external systems.
As a Senior/Lead Full-Stack Engineer, you will contribute to technical decisions, improve system architecture, develop new functionality, and help evolve the platform as it scales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using PHP and React
- Contribute to architectural improvements and technical decisions
- Improve and scale existing backend and frontend components
- Implement the transition from a monolithic API structure toward multiple API services
- Investigate and resolve technical issues across application layers and integrations
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver reliable product improvements
- Share knowledge and support engineering best practices within the team
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on commercial experience with PHP
- 3+ years of hands-on commercial experience with React
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher
