Senior Lead Java Developer
Summary
Builds and maintains Java-based APIs and applications using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and front-end web tech, collaborating with teams to deliver robust software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on robust API development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features and enhancements.
- Implement best practices for coding, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality software deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and roadblocks in a timely manner
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in Java SE / Java EE technologies
- Proficient in springboot and Hibernate ORM
- Strong front-end development skills using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related client-side technologies
- Hands-on experience with Web Services (SOAP / REST)
- Solid understanding of Java Design Patterns and OOP principle
- Familiarity with Linux environments
- Experience working with Application Servers (Jetty, JBOSS, Tomcat)
- Experience with Databases (Oracle, MySQL)
- Knowledge of Version Control Systems (SVN, GIT, Mercurial)
- Comfortable using IDEs such as Eclipse or IntelliJ
