Senior Lead, Revenue Strategy & Operations
We’re reinventing payments. In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.
Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year. But we’re just getting started.
Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.
The role
As our Revenue Strategy & Operations Lead for Spain, you will play a pivotal role in driving Dojo’s rapid expansion in the market. Based in Madrid and partnering closely with our Country General Manager, Spanish leadership team, and central UK functions, you will shape our go-to-market strategy, business planning, and operational execution from the ground up.
You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and Product to build scalable revenue operations, steer our operating rhythm, and lead high-impact strategic initiatives. If you bring a sharp analytical mindset, excel in consultative problem-solving, and are excited to scale an innovative payments business in Spain, we would love to hear from you.
What you will do...
- Drive strategic, operational, and go-to-market planning for Spain, developing channel scaling plans, territory design, and quota allocation in close partnership with local sales leaders.
- Collaborate with Finance and central Revenue Strategy & Ops teams on local market financial planning, target setting, and performance tracking.
- Provide data-driven business insights on revenue, customer behaviour, and competitive market trends to inform key growth initiatives.
- Lead the local operational cadence, including key leadership meetings and pipeline reviews, to maintain alignment and execution momentum.
- Identify, scope, and execute strategic projects that remove operational friction, optimise local workflows, and build scalable revenue processes.
What you will bring...
- Proven background in revenue operations, sales operations, or business strategy within a high-growth fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology company (payments experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales operations, revenue drivers, and multi-channel strategies, with experience scaling operations in the Spanish market.
- Distinctive analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial insights and executive recommendations.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and communication skills, adept at building alignment across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and business intelligence tools, with SQL skills preferred.
- Degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience), paired with a proactive and structured mindset.
Dojo home and away
We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.
That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.
With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.
