Roles and Responsibility
Job Requirements
- Design, develop, and test software applications related to networking protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets industry standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex network issues using various tools and techniques.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall codebase quality.
Job Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Layer-Bridging protocols including STP/MSTP/RSTP, LACP, MLAG & LLDP.
- Strong knowledge of Layer-Routing protocols such as BGP, MPLS, EVPN-VxLAN.
- At least 2 years of experience in software development, preferably in networking protocols.
- Proven track record of leading teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with BaseBiz or similar companies is preferred.
