ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior/Lead UX/UI Specialist to own both design quality and the conversion rate optimization program for a global printing and packaging company’s customer-facing digital products. You will design interfaces and flows from wireframe to high-fidelity spec, form test hypotheses from qualitative and quantitative evidence, design and deploy A/B tests using platforms such as VWO or Optimizely, and present findings directly to client stakeholders. The role requires proven ownership of a CRO or experimentation roadmap and strong analytics literacy alongside Figma proficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design user interfaces and flows for web applications, from wireframe through high-fidelity specifications;
- Own the CRO program by identifying friction points, forming hypotheses, and designing experimentation roadmaps aligned with business goals;
- Design, specify, and deploy A/B tests, analyze results, and translate findings into product recommendations;
- Analyze user behavior data to identify barriers to adoption and retention;
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers on test implementation and design handoff;
- Provide objective and timely reviews of the existing UX strategy and product architecture;
- Maintain and evolve design system components and interaction patterns;
- Present findings, recommendations, and experiment outcomes directly to client stakeholders.

MUST HAVES
- 5+ years of experience in product design / UX, with demonstrable ownership of a CRO or experimentation program;
- Proven track record forming test hypotheses from qualitative and quantitative evidence;
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms;
- Strong analytics literacy with the ability to interpret funnels, segment data, and evaluate statistical significance;
- Proficiency with Figma and modern design/prototyping workflows;
- Experience designing for React/Next.js applications, collaborating with engineers, and producing clear design documentation and handoff specifications;
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with VWO;
- Background in B2B, industrial, or manufacturing-sector products;
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Hotjar;
- Experience designing AI-powered or LLM-driven user experiences;
- Accessibility (WCAG) expertise.
