Essential Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a relevant subject plus PGCE/QTS. • Significant leadership experience within a British Curriculum school. • Strong understanding of curriculum development, assessment, and school improvement. • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. • Experience leading teams and driving academic excellence. • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing. Desirable Qualifications • Master's Degree in Education or a related field. • NPQH or other recognised leadership qualification. • Previous international school experience.
