Job Responsibilities:
- Applied Lean & Six Sigma methodology to improve processes and facilities continuous improvement projects to meet organization objectives in manufacturing environment.
- Assist in troubleshooting and making recommendations on improvement projects.
- Lead and facilities quality improvement projects.
- Drive projects closure to meet organization cost saving targets.
- Guide and mentor employees on Lean & Six methodology.
- Perform internal audits and follow through till closure of CAPA in the Agile system.
About you:
- Minimum Degree in Engineering
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in manufacturing environment
- Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt certified.
- Proficient in Minitab or 8D methodology and lean thinking
