Senior Learning Lead - Global ERP Transformation

We're partnering with a globally recognised company in the FMCG / beverage industry that is undergoing a large-scale Finance transformation. As part of this journey, we're looking for an experienced Senior Learning Lead to design and deliver the learning strategy supporting the rollout of SAP S/4HANA, Ariba and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes across international teams.
This is a strategic opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile ERP transformation, helping thousands of employees successfully adopt new systems and ways of working.
What you'll be doing
You'll lead the learning workstream for a major ERP programme, ensuring end users are equipped with the knowledge, confidence and tools needed for a successful transformation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing the end-to-end learning strategy for S2P and wider ERP deployments.
Conducting learning needs analyses and designing engaging learning journeys and curricula.
Creating and overseeing high-quality training materials and ensuring timely delivery.
Coordinating Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and End-User Training (EUT) activities.
Partnering with project teams, business leaders and change stakeholders across multiple countries.
Monitoring learning effectiveness and continuously improving training outcomes.
What we're looking for
5+ years' experience in Learning, Change Management or Organisational Development within complex transformation programmes.
Strong experience conducting learning needs analyses and developing learning curricula.
Good understanding of ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba or similar enterprise platforms.
Experience coordinating training quality assurance and managing learning deliverables.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint).
Nice to have
Experience with SAP Enable Now and/or WalkMe.
Experience working across international and multicultural environments.
Previous involvement in global ERP transformation programmes.
