We are currently seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to work in Adelaide, Perth or Sydney to provide legal counsel, trusted advice & strategic business partnering.

The Opportunity
Lead management of legal disputes, investigations and external legal advisers
Provide strategic legal, governance, compliance & risk management leadership to the organisation
Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to:
Support business objectives & protect the organisation's interests
Ensure compliance with legal & regulatory obligations
Oversee corporate governance & company secretarial activities
Enable effective decision-making across the business
Develop & continuously improve legal frameworks, policies & contract management processes
Act as Company Secretary for the Board, Board Committees & subsidiary entities
About you - Essential
Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
Admitted Australian Legal Practitioner
Current unrestricted practising certificate
Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
Demonstrated experience providing legal, commercial, governance & regulatory advice to senior stakeholders
Accepting of regular interstate travel
Current work rights in Australia
