💼 Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate commercial contracts
- Provide corporate legal advice
- Support the organisation on various legal matters
📝 Requirements
- More than 10 years of legal experience
- Strong background in corporate legal work and/or litigation
- Able to quickly understand and advise on unfamiliar areas of law
- In-house, statutory board or public-sector experience would be advantageous
- Able to commit to the full three-month assignment
