[Essential Job Functions]

• Analyzing law-related issues, evaluating risk factors regarding business decisions or operations, and reviewing the organization's current or proposed activities to ensure that they comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Providing accurate, timely, and well-reasoned advice and guidance on legal matters.
• Preparing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of legal documents.
• Coordinating with outside counsel and liaising with them on a project or regulatory basis.
• Assisting with the internal administrative affairs of Legal.
• Assuming other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
