Senior Legal Counsel / Legal Specialist

Job Description:
1. Providing comprehensive in-house legal support to the company and affiliates.
2. Assistance on drafting, revising and negotiating a wide range of contracts and legal documents (in both English and Chinese), particularly in respect of corporate investment and venture/startup investment related consulting and services.
3. Handling and managing claims, disputes, mediation, and litigation.
4. Handling tasks and projects assigned by the line manager.
