Senior Legal Technology Analyst Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently support and troubleshoot practice technology, resolving complex issues and escalating when needed
  • Evaluate and test emerging legal tech (including generative AI), providing feedback and analysis
  • Support user training by preparing and delivering content
  • Monitor system usage and adoption, identifying trends and opportunities to improve engagement
  • Stay up to date with legal tech trends through research and professional development
  • Liaise with vendors on support issues, feature requests, and updates

Senior Legal Technology Analyst Skills & Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience in legal technology within a law firm
  • Experience supporting legal software (e.g. contract analysis, document automation, practice management)
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools in legal workflows
  • Strong understanding of legal workflows and practice needs
  • High technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Experience creating user documentation, training, or knowledge base content
