Senior Library Operations Specialist

Your Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive reference, literature, and specialized database searches using academic journals, classified databases, and open-source materials
- Partner with Government librarians to identify research gaps, design structured search strategies, and compile bibliographies on specified national security and intelligence topics
- Catalog, organize, preserve, and archive library materials to maintain physical and digital library collections
- Analyze, package, and disseminate research findings to faculty and students, including providing actionable recommendations for further academic exploration
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Library Sciences
- At least 5 years of experience in the library sciences field
- Ability to monitor specialized areas, review documents, and assign metadata/tags
- Ability to execute senior-level guidance and translate strategic goals
- Ability to conduct research and provide results in multiple formats
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph REQUIRED
