Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager based in United States.

This is a high-impact lifecycle marketing role focused on improving the full customer journey, from onboarding and activation through early engagement and long-term retention. You’ll combine experimentation, analytics, and customer insight to identify opportunities and deliver measurable performance gains. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, operations, data, and technology. You’ll design and evaluate programs across email, SMS, and in-app channels while building a rigorous culture of testing and incrementality. You’ll also explore emerging AI and machine learning capabilities to make lifecycle engagement more relevant, predictive, and effective. This is an opportunity to influence strategy while remaining close to execution in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Own lifecycle experimentation and optimization initiatives across onboarding, activation, early care, engagement, and retention, with a focus on measurable improvements to key performance indicators.
  • Design and execute structured A/B and multivariate experiments across email, SMS, and in-app channels, building roadmaps tied to lifecycle outcomes such as visit completion, no-show and late-cancel reduction, and retention.
  • Analyze funnels, cohorts, segments, and geographic or state-level performance to identify friction points, diagnose variation, and translate insights into prioritized improvements.
  • Evaluate AI- and ML-powered lifecycle capabilities, including predictive segmentation, propensity modeling, intelligent automation, dynamic content, and send-time optimization, validating their impact rather than adopting them without evidence.
  • Partner with Data, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing Operations to incorporate predictive signals such as churn risk, no-show risk, and engagement propensity into measurable lifecycle journeys and triggers.
  • Own lifecycle reporting and measurement frameworks, develop dashboards, establish success metrics, ensure appropriate instrumentation, and maintain a clear view of lifecycle health.
  • Write SQL queries and collaborate with Analytics and BI teams to extract actionable insights from behavioral, funnel, and experiment data.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives through influence, aligning Product, Operations, Marketing Operations, Data Engineering, Creative, and other stakeholders around shared lifecycle priorities.
  • Partner with Creative to develop and test messaging hypotheses informed by behavioral data and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to connect behavioral and product signals with lifecycle programs and deliver a consistent customer experience across channels.
  • Maintain analytical rigor around AI outputs, monitor model performance and potential drift, and ensure automated decisions remain grounded in customer outcomes and business impact.
  • Requirements

    • 5–8+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, performance marketing, or a related discipline, with a demonstrated history of delivering measurable business outcomes.
    • Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses; familiarity with Snowflake is preferred.
    • Proven experience designing, analyzing, and iterating on structured experiments, with a strong understanding of incrementality and experimental rigor.
    • Deep knowledge of cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, segmentation, and identifying performance differences across customer groups.
    • Genuine curiosity about AI and machine learning applications in lifecycle marketing, including predictive modeling, propensity scoring, dynamic content, and intelligent automation.
    • Ability to critically evaluate AI-driven tools and outputs, distinguish meaningful performance lift from noise, and form informed opinions quickly.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate complex data into concise recommendations that influence business priorities and strategy.
    • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift and experimentation is encouraged.
    • Customer-focused mindset with an interest in improving experiences throughout the full lifecycle.
    • Benefits

      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage effective from day one.
      • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
      • Generous paid time off and paid holidays.
      • Paid parental leave.
      • Opportunities for professional development and skill building through dedicated learning resources.
      • Collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on making a meaningful impact.
      • Strong emphasis on employee well-being and a supportive workplace culture.
      • Remote work opportunity within the United States.
