Position: Server
Pay Range: $16.00 - $19.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time & Part-time available (flexible shifts)
What You'll Do:
- Provide attentive, restaurant-style table service with professionalism and care
- Build genuine relationships with residents in a hospitality-focused environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room
- Work closely with culinary and service teams to deliver a seamless dining experience
What We're Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Prior serving experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
