Your role at Hostinger
Hostinger reaches 5,5 million+ clients across 150 countries. Localization isn’t a translation pipeline anymore, but a growth lever. At this scale, every market requires precision, cultural depth and a team that can execute at speed - we need someone to own it.
As Senior Localization Team Lead, you’ll coach a big team of in-house specialists, manage an on-demand freelancer network and help shape how Hostinger communicates in every market it enters. That means being as comfortable navigating never-ending changes as you are running a performance conversation grounded in quality data and growth perspectives.
This is a people-first, strategy-forward role: high ownership, high autonomy, real impact on how millions of people experience Hostinger.

Your day-to-day
Lead, coach and develop a team of Localization Specialists, creating an environment of psychological safety, ownership and continuous growth through regular feedback, performance conversations and data-driven quality improvements.
Manage and scale our external freelancer network, owning the full lifecycle from sourcing and onboarding to quality standards, communication and offboarding.
Translate business goals into localization execution plans, bringing market insights into planning and acting as the bridge between Localization Specialists and Localization Project Managers.
Validate strategic priorities against real team capacity and market realities, ensuring plans are both ambitious and operationally feasible.
Take ownership of complex localization challenges without established playbooks, including new market launches, AI-human review models and other strategic initiatives.
Identify recurring quality and delivery issues, uncover root causes and implement sustainable process improvements together with cross-functional partners.
Investigate performance anomalies, drive resolutions end-to-end and protect the team from unnecessary operational noise.
Evaluate, pilot and implement AI and localization technologies, partnering with language owners to build feedback loops that improve quality, efficiency and localization outcomes across all markets.
What will help you succeed

Business-first minded: you connect localization work to business outcomes and never present a finding without a “so what”
