Job Scope

Coordinate with customers and logistics partners via email or phone regarding order requirements and shipment arrangements.
Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and other related documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods by coordinating with customers, warehouse, and logistics service providers.
Schedule and coordinate deliveries, and transportation activities to meet customer requirements.
Perform Daily 5S activities to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Work effectively under pressure to meet operational deadlines and customer expectations.
Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirement

GCE O Level / NITEC Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or other relevant discipline
1 – 3 years of relevant work experience in order processing and customer service role
