We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Executive to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from warehouse to customer while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, safety, and service excellence.

What You'll Do
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, labelling, and dispatch preparation.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and organise incoming stock in accordance with inventory procedures.
- Perform regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure warehouse inventory is properly labelled, organised, and easily identifiable.
- Optimise warehouse space through effective stock organisation and repackaging where required.
- Prepare shipping, carrier, and delivery documentation accurately and on time.
- Deliver goods to customers or business locations while ensuring safe handling, professional service, and on-time delivery.
- Maintain delivery vehicles in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition by coordinating inspections and servicing.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Represent the company professionally by upholding our service standards and corporate image during customer interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support operational requirements and business needs.
- Take part in exciting project-based initiatives such as warehouse improvements, inventory migration, process optimisation, system implementation, and new business projects.
- Support the Warehouse Manager with continuous improvement initiatives and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, and logistics operations.
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred if delivery duties are required).
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A team player with a positive attitude, initiative, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handling physical warehouse activities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
