Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs across all logistics functions. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage and optimize transportation networks, including carrier selection, route planning, and freight cost negotiation. Implement and maintain robust inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements within the warehouse and transportation operations. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless supply chain integration. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and services. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale warehouse and transportation operations. In-depth knowledge of inventory management, WMS, and TMS systems. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, lean methodologies, and process improvement techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience working in the Noida, Uttar Pradesh region is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
