Senior M&E Coordinator

Responsibilities:-

Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site.
Review project specifications and technical clarifications
Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies, defects, inconsistency in construction drawings.
Carry out the project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements
Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied
Ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system

Requirement:-

Qualification in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
5 – 8 years’ of coordination experience in main-con companies, preferably in HDB Project experience will be an advantage
Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels of staff
Must have good interpersonal skills
Able to start work within short notice
