Key Responsibilities :
•Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines and models at scale.
•Lead the full ML lifecycle: data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation,
and production deployment.
•Build and maintain robust ML infrastructure including training platforms, model registries,
and serving systems.
•Collaborate with data scientists to productionize experimental models and improve
performance.
•Conduct code reviews, define best practices, and mentor junior ML engineers.
•Monitor deployed models for performance drift and implement retraining strategies.
•Work with cross-functional teams to define ML-powered product features and KPIs.
•Research and evaluate new ML frameworks, algorithms, and tooling to improve team
capabilities.
•Document architecture decisions, model design, and system trade-offs clearly.
Required Qualifications :
•5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.
•Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
•Hands-on experience with the full ML lifecycle including feature stores, training pipelines,
and model serving.
•Solid understanding of classical ML algorithms and modern deep learning architectures
(CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
