About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Magento Developer / Lead with over 5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of e-commerce solutions, drive technical architecture, and lead development efforts to deliver high-quality, scalable Adobe Commerce (Magento) platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain complex e-commerce websites using Magento 2.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring code quality and best practices.
Customize and integrate third-party modules, APIs, and payment gateways.
Optimize website performance, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience in Magento (Magento 2 experience is mandatory).
Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with Magento architecture, MVC, EAV data models, and theme customization.
Proven experience leading technical teams or projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
