HSBC is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead a hands-on engineering team responsible for modernising the mainframe developer experience and SDLC across the UK, USA and Mexico. You will guide the shift to a GitHub-centred model, standardise tooling, and drive productivity via automation and AI-assisted engineering, while delivering end-to-end developer tooling capabilities.
You will manage 5-8 engineers, collaborate with Product Owners and Delivery Managers to standardise practices, and
