Senior Maintenance Engineer - Automotive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer - Automotive to join our team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive weld shop maintenance and assembly shop operations, with a strong background in PLC programming, specifically with Allen Bradley PLCs, RSLogix, and Studio 5000. The role requires proficiency in working with KUKA and FANUC robots, as well as a solid understanding of OEE improvement strategies and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within the automotive manufacturing environment. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, managing breakdown maintenance activities, and ensuring optimal performance of all machinery and equipment. You will also be tasked with analyzing maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
