Senior Maintenance Technician

About the role

If you are a senior maintenance specialist with great electrical expertise and are looking for a high-level challenge in Valencia de Don Juan (León), we want to integrate your talent into one of the most advanced industrial plants in the region!

What you'll do

You will lead corrective and preventive maintenance interventions, contributing your great specialization in electrical systems and panels.

You will autonomously diagnose and solve complex faults in hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.

You will program and parameterize PLCs to optimize the continuous flow of the production lines.

You will supervise the state of the industrial facilities, guaranteeing compliance with safety regulations at all times.

You will propose and implement technical improvements to minimize downtime and increase the overall efficiency of the plant.

What we're looking for

Higher Level Vocational Training (FP) degree in Electricity, Electromechanical Maintenance, Automation and Robotics, or related fields.

Solid demonstrable experience executing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance tasks in industrial plants.

Proven ability in resolving incidents with programmable logic controllers.

Full availability and willingness to work under the fifth-shift system.

Nice to have

Previous experience guiding or tutoring junior technical profiles.

Specific certification in Electrical Risk and handling of forklifts or elevating platforms
