Senior Manager, AI Solutions & Digital Innovation
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the roadmap for enterprise AI platforms, intelligent applications, and automation initiatives
Lead the delivery, enhancement, and support of AI-powered business solutions and digital services
Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies to improve business processes and operational effectiveness
Collaborate with academic, administrative, and business stakeholders to define innovation priorities and AI adoption strategies
Translate business requirements into scalable AI, automation, and digital transformation solutions
Drive the implementation of intelligent assistants, AI agents, self-service platforms, and workflow automation solutions
Promote AI adoption through training programmes, workshops, user engagement activities, and change management initiatives
Oversee system integration, platform governance, data management, security compliance, and operational performance
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify strategic innovation opportunities
Manage relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and internal technology teams
Lead cross-functional project execution to ensure successful delivery of AI and digital initiatives
Provide strategic recommendations on AI and technology investments to support organizational objectives
Support continuous improvement and innovation across enterprise systems and services
Perform additional strategic projects and leadership responsibilities as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines
Proven experience delivering AI-driven solutions, intelligent automation platforms, and digital transformation projects
Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and enterprise technology ecosystems
Hands-on experience integrating APIs, cloud services, and enterprise applications
Experience implementing virtual assistants, AI agents, process automation platforms, and digital self-service solutions
Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, integration methodologies, and platform management
Knowledge of cloud technologies, infrastructure services, and modern digital platforms
Ability to assess, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies to drive innovation and business value
Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and project leadership capabilities
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within higher education, public sector, or large enterprise environments
Exposure to student information systems, enterprise resource planning systems, or customer-facing platforms
Experience leading enterprise AI adoption and change management programmes
Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and enterprise security best practices
Experience managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives
