岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：

Strategy and insights

• Identify meaningful AI and enterprise transformation trends, assess their implications for our business, and recommend where we should focus or adjust our approach.
• Synthesize lessons across internal initiatives into clear insights, strategic options, and materials that support leadership decisions.
• Help drive strategic planning, leadership discussions, and alignment across teams.

Strategic portfolio management

• Maintain a clear view of priority AI initiatives, including objectives, progress, outcomes, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify issues that require leadership decisions, bring the right stakeholders together, and drive follow-through on agreed actions.
• Work with initiative owners to strengthen plans and outcome measurement; directly lead selected strategic projects when needed.

Executive narratives and external recognition

• Turn complex transformation work into concise executive communications, case studies, and thought leadership grounded in evidence.
• Identify relevant award opportunities and lead applications from story development and evidence gathering through writing, review, and submission.
• Work with project teams and leaders to articulate what is distinctive, what has been achieved, and what can be credibly demonstrated.

AI-enabled ways of working

• Experiment hands-on with AI tools, agents, and workflows, applying useful approaches to research, synthesis, content development, and portfolio work.
• Help the team simplify and improve how it works, and share practical methods that others can adopt.

岗位要求/Job Requirements：

• 10+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or a related field.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem structuring, with the ability to turn ambiguous questions and fragmented information into clear recommendations.
• Excellent writing, synthesis, and executive storytelling skills; able to build a persuasive argument without overstating the evidence.
• Experience working across functions to advance complex initiatives, resolve dependencies, and support decisions.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, paired with the willingness to do the detailed work required to produce high-quality outputs.
• Genuine interest in AI and a hands-on approach to learning and applying new tools.
