Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data engineering and analytics teams.
• Define and implement enterprise data architecture strategies.
• Design and build scalable data lakehouse and analytics platforms.
• Architect enterprise solutions using Databricks, Spark, PySpark, and Delta Lake.
• Drive Power BI adoption across enterprise data platforms.
• Design executive reporting solutions using semantic models and DAX.
• Develop and optimize Azure-based data engineering solutions.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data warehouses.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align technology with organizational goals.
• Ensure data quality, governance, scalability, and security across enterprise platforms.
• Mentor technical teams and promote engineering best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-14 years of professional experience in data engineering, analytics, or enterprise data architecture.
• Proven leadership experience managing enterprise data and analytics teams.
• Strong expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, Delta Lake, and Lakehouse Architecture.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, semantic models, DAX, and executive reporting.
• Proven experience driving Power BI analytics adoption on enterprise data lake platforms.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong experience with Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, SQL, and data modeling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
