Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Treasury

Requirement:

Minimum 15 years of experience, a strong preference for the manufacturing - automobile sector, and experience working within an SAP environment.

Profile:

Banking & Liquidity Management:

- Bank Management: Negotiate interest rates, banking charges, credit limits, and other commercial terms with banks.

- Interest Calculation & accounting Plantwise.

Working Capital & Debt Service:

- Working Capital Management: Monitor receivables, payables, inventory, and overall working capital cycle.

- Drawing Power (DP) Calculation and submission to bank.

Payable Management & Payment Processing:

- Payable Management.

- Advance Controlling.

- Payment Processing.

Audit & Compliance:

- ASM Audit: Coordinate and provide evidence for Accountant Monitoring Mechanism (ASM) audits initiated by lenders.

- Other Audits: Lead data preparation and resolution for statutory, internal, and other audits.

MIS & Reporting:

- Prepare treasury MIS, daily/weekly cash position, borrowing position, fund utilization, and cash flow reports for management.
