Senior Manager - B2B (E-Commerce)

We're looking for an experienced Ecommerce Senior Manager to lead our online sales efforts and drive business growth. As a Senior Manager - Ecommerce, you'll oversee the development and execution of our ecommerce strategy, manage partnerships, and lead a team to achieve sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Management: Foster strategic partnerships with business and logistics partners providers to ensure seamless operations and optimize costs.

Sales & Operations: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive online revenue growth, manage inventory, and optimize supply chain operations.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing ecommerce team to achieve business objectives.

Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and execute ecommerce strategies aligned with company goals, including website optimization, digital marketing, and customer experience enhancement.

Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.

Data Analysis: Analyse ecommerce metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in ecommerce management, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Experience with ecommerce platforms and digital marketing tools

- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or advanced degree in related field

- Experience in managing large-scale ecommerce operations

- Proven expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and SEM

- Strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends
