Senior Manager – Benefits Realisation

This role helps bring TAL’s claims transformation ambition to life by connecting meaningful change with measurable value, ensuring the work we do strengthens outcomes for customers, partners and the business. Sitting at the heart of programs that reimagine claims and expand the way we work with partners, you’ll help TAL demonstrate the value of transformation with integrity and purpose. It’s meaningful work that supports our mission to protect what matters most and helps shape a claims experience that is trusted, sustainable and genuinely impactful.
This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
In this role you will:
- Define measurable benefits that connect transformation activity to customer, operational and financial value.
- Establish robust baselines and models that support confident benefits tracking and decision-making.
- Validate realised benefits with Finance and operations to ensure outcomes are credible and evidence-based.
- Provide clear reporting that gives leaders confidence in progress, risks and value delivery.
- Strengthen governance practices that support audit-ready documentation and accountable benefit ownership.
- Partner across workstreams to align dependencies, challenge assumptions and protect transformation value.
- Bring experience in business case development, benefits realisation or transformation finance.
- Apply program or project management capability to support large enterprise initiatives.
- Coordinate dependencies across workstreams to help transformation activity stay connected and aligned.
- Use Excel to build financial or benefits models, scenario analysis and clear insights.
- Create meaningful reporting and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
- Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and translate complex activity into practical insights.
