P3 Brand Manager, Immunology

The role will support key business priorities across the Immunology portfolio, with a primary focus on local execution of Taltz DDH initiatives. The role will also lead SOA planning and implementation for Lebrikizumab and Mirikizumab, while supporting strategic projects and customer engagement programs for Lebrikizumab during its launch phase.

This position requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and execution excellence to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Taltz DDH Execution (Primary Priority, 50%)

• Lead local implementation of Taltz DDH initiatives and customer engagement journeys.
• Partner with IBU teams to identify, localize, and deploy DDH content assets for China market.
• Define target HCP segments and support customer universe planning for DDH deployment.
• Collaborate with OCE, BI&A, Sales Operations, and external vendors to assess and optimize digital reach and channel effectiveness.
• Support development of customer engagement strategies, measurement frameworks and success metrics.
• Monitor performance, generate insights, and identify optimization opportunities to improve customer impact.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure effective and timely delivery of DDH priorities.

Lebrikizumab & Mirikizumab SOA (20%)

• Lead development and execution of SOA priorities for Lebrikizumab and Mirikizumab and ensure omnichannel customer engagement solutions are incorporated into brand CEP/COP.
• Provide market, customer, and competitive insights to support business planning and decision making.
• Partner with Brand, Medical, OCE, and other cross-functional teams to implement priority strategic initiatives.
• Monitor execution progress and support continuous optimization of key initiatives.

Strategic Projects & Customer Engagement (30%)

• Lead execution of strategic customer engagement programs for Lebrikizumab, including international speaker tours, partnership projects, etc.
• Partner with OCE, Medical, Sales, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated customer engagement initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality project execution and performance tracking, while keep Identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and maximize business impact.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Medical, OCE, Market Access, Sales, PRA, and global teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and execution of key business priorities.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and execution excellence.
