Senior Manager - Business Analysis Practice - Banking & Financial Services

A leading banking and financial services organisation is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Business Analysis Practice within the Transformation Delivery function. The role will own practice strategy, professional standards, capability development and continuous improvement across enterprise transformation initiatives. It will provide expert guidance and independent challenge to delivery teams, strengthening requirements quality, stakeholder engagement, solution assessment and delivery outcomes. The position will also drive workforce capability planning, professional development and consistent adoption of business analysis best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Business Analysis Practice, defining its strategic direction, priorities and continuous improvement roadmap.

- Establish and strengthen business analysis standards, frameworks, methodologies and quality assurance practices across transformation initiatives.

- Drive capability assessments, professional development, mentoring and career pathways for business analysis professionals.

- Provide expert guidance and constructive challenge on business problem definition, requirements management, solution design and delivery effectiveness.

- Partner with senior stakeholders, delivery leaders and workforce planning teams to address capability gaps, resourcing needs and emerging delivery risks.

- Monitor practice performance, conduct maturity and quality reviews, and implement improvements to strengthen delivery outcomes and value realisation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 15 - 20 years of relevant professional experience, including significant experience leading or developing business analysis capabilities or professional practices.

- Experience in banking, financial services or another regulated enterprise environment.

- Strong expertise in business analysis frameworks, requirements management, process modelling, stakeholder engagement and business design.

- Demonstrated experience in enterprise transformation, capability frameworks, practice maturity assessments and continuous improvement.

- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, provide professional oversight and drive adoption of standards across complex organisations.

- Must be based in Bengaluru and available to work onsite full-time.
