Working in close partnership with the global People & Talent teams, Centers of Expertise (COEs), and the People Data & Analytics (PD&A) team, this leader will drive insight-led decisions, manage change on a global scale, and deliver measurable business value as we build a human-led, digitally powered enterprise.
Key Responsibilities

People Strategic Initiatives & Portfolio Delivery

  • Strategic Program Leadership

  • Co-lead the design, development, and deployment of global people initiatives, ensuring delivery through robust planning, clear outcomes, effective governance, and measurable impact.

  • Scalable Solution Design & Deployment

  • Translate enterprise strategies into practical, scalable, and sustainable people solutions that can be effectively implemented across diverse regions, functions, and divisions.

  • Complex Stakeholder & Change Navigation

  • Drive alignment and co-creation across complex organisational environments, managing interdependencies and ensuring strong adoption and business impact.

  • Global COE Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Global P&O teams and COEs (including Talent, Rewards, Leadership, and other expertise areas) to move initiatives from strategy through to execution.

  • Impact Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish measurement frameworks to track progress, outcomes, and value creation, using insights to continuously evolve and improve strategic initiatives.

Strategic Business Partnering (Aligned to BP Profile)

  • Strategic Leadership Partnership

  • Partner with Global P&O Business Partners and senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that directly support enterprise and business priorities.

  • Trusted Strategic Advisor

  • Act as a trusted co-pilot to leaders, balancing immediate business needs with long-term organisational, talent, and culture outcomes.

  • Enable Organisational Transformation

  • Support strategic shifts across talent, culture, capability, operating model, and organisational design, helping the business adapt and improve performance.

  • Insight-Led Decision Making

  • Collaborate with PD&A teams to leverage people data, analytics, and insights to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities across the talent agenda.

  • Culture & Behavior Activation

  • Champion and embed The Snacking Way culture, co-leading priority initiatives such as HPC and MDR to translate cultural ambition into everyday behaviors, stronger engagement, and leadership.

  • Transformation & Change Enablement

  • Support change communication, engagement, and capability-building activities that support Associates through transformations, integrations, and digital shifts.

  • Ensure change approaches prioritise clarity, connection, and adoption, enabling Associates to navigate uncertainty while maintaining performance and wellbeing.

  • Professional Experience: progressive HR/P&O experience, with a proven track record of operating in a highly matrixed, global corporate environment.

  • Hybrid Capability: Demonstrated success in both Strategic Business Partnering (BP) and Global Program Management (ideally leading global HR transformations, operating model shifts, or capability-building programs).

  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional leadership.

  • Organizational Agility: Comfort navigating extreme ambiguity, driving alignment across multiple geographies and functional stakeholders without formal authority.
