Purpose and ScopeThe Senior Manager, Capability & Learning partners closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centres of Excellence (COEs) to build the organisational capabilities required for current and future business success.Reporting to the Head, Capability & Learning, this role serves as a capability development subject matter expert, translating business strategy, workforce challenges and skills insights into practical capability-building solutions. The incumbent co-creates and executes interventions that strengthen technical, functional, leadership, digital and AI capabilities across the organisation. Key Responsibilities1.Capability Consulting & Solution Design<ul><li style="margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:10pt;">Partner business leaders, HRBPs, COEs and SMEs to diagnose capability gaps, workforce challenges and development needs. </li><li style="margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:10pt;">Act as an internal subject matter expert on capability development, advising stakeholders on effective workforce and learning solutions. </li><li style="margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:10pt;">Design solutions that strengthen technical, functional, commercial, leadership, digital and AI capabilities. </li></ul>2.Capability Development & Delivery<ul><li style="margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:10pt;">Design, curate and deliver data-driven learning and capability-building interventions based on business and workforce needs.</li><li style="margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:10pt;">Develop capability pathways, learning resources and development interventions that support employee growth and career progression.</li><li style="margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:10pt;">Continuously evaluate programme effectiveness and incorporate feedback to enhance learning outcomes and business impact.</li></ul>3.
