Senior Manager, Central Hotel Services Transformation, Asia Pacific
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly capable, consultative Transformation Project Lead for a 1-year contract role to support a complex regional transition across Asia Pacific, including migrating hotel-funded Digital Cluster resources into an above-property regional corporate structure called Central Hotel Services (CHS) i.e. transition from location and property-level to a shared services model). This role will also develop the roadmap for building Central Sales and Revenue Management foundations under the Central Hotel Services organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on program manager and strong problem solver who can navigate ambiguity, align cross-functional stakeholders, and translate complex organizational, financial, HR, Legal, and Commercial dependencies into clear decisions, actions, owners, and timelines.
Position Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Lead the end-to-end migration of the ASPAC Digital Cluster transition from locally/hotel-funded structures to above-property regional corporate entities.
- Build the foundational plan for establishing the Central Sales and Revenue Management programs, leveraging the same processes developed for Digital.
- Develop and maintain a clear project roadmap, including milestones, dependencies, risks, decision points, and stakeholder actions.
- Create structure and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for an ambiguous and evolving transformation effort, ensuring progress continues despite complexity.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams across Finance, HR, Legal, Commercial, and regional stakeholders.
- Identify risks, blockers, and unresolved issues, and proactively drive them toward resolution.
- Assess current Digital Cluster structures across markets, including funding models, reporting lines, roles and responsibilities, workload distribution, employment arrangements, and local operating practices.
- Map key transition requirements by country/market, hotel, employee group, and funding source.
- Help design practical options and recommendations for the future-state structure, funding, governance, and operating model.
- Partner with HR to identify employment, transfer, contract, compensation, benefits, reporting, and local market considerations.
- Coordinate with Legal, Tax, and Compliance teams, as required, to support country-specific transitions.
- Drive the completion of agreed actions and keep stakeholders informed and accountable to established timelines.
- Create repeatable templates, trackers, and governance materials to support similar transitions in the future.
