Qualification, Experience and Competencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Finance or business management.
• Post Graduate qualification, e.g. MBA, will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Construction Industries, Mining, Technology Solutions, Equipment Management, or related industries.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in connected asset technologies, telematics, fleet management, or digital solutions.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in customer-facing commercial or sales environments.
• Minimum 5 years' management and leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and digital analytics platforms.
