This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Growth & Success based in United States.

This is a strategic client leadership role focused on the success, growth, and retention of a portfolio of employer clients.
You will manage approximately 5–10 strategic accounts and serve as a trusted advisor to benefits leaders, consultants, and health plan partners.
The role combines relationship management, healthcare expertise, data-driven consulting, and commercial ownership.
You will drive program adoption, engagement, renewals, and expansion while helping clients achieve measurable outcomes.
Working across implementation, clinical, product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams, you will turn client needs into coordinated solutions.

Accountabilities:

  • Build and maintain trusted strategic relationships with employer clients, benefits leaders, consultants, and health plan partners.
  • Develop deep expertise in healthcare programs, clinical operations, implementation processes, member marketing, and health plan delivery models to provide informed client guidance.
  • Navigate complex employer and health plan stakeholder environments to drive engagement, satisfaction, performance, retention, and overall client success.
  • Analyze program engagement and outcomes data to develop actionable recommendations that improve performance and member experience.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored client reporting, performance discussions, and business reviews aligned with each organization’s strategic priorities.
  • Monitor client health proactively and identify risks to engagement, satisfaction, performance, and retention before they escalate.
  • Develop and execute strategies that increase program awareness, adoption, and member engagement across the client portfolio.
  • Partner with marketing teams on promotional campaigns, client events, webinars, open enrollment activities, benefit fairs, and other engagement initiatives.
  • Identify successful client strategies and help scale effective practices across the broader portfolio.
  • Own the renewal lifecycle, ensuring proactive planning, strong positioning, and successful renewals.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of each client’s benefits strategy, priorities, and decision-making process to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to expand programs across additional eligible populations and solutions while delivering against retention and expansion targets.
  • Surface renewal and growth risks early and coordinate cross-functional mitigation strategies.
  • Lead client escalations and coordinate with implementation, clinical, product, engineering, marketing, operations, and other teams to resolve issues effectively.
  • Partner with health plan relationship teams to ensure employer-level activities align with broader partnership objectives and commitments.
  • Represent client feedback internally, identifying trends and opportunities to improve the overall channel and client experience.
  • Operate with ownership, urgency, and strong follow-through while taking initiative to solve problems and deliver on client commitments.
  • Requirements:

    • 6+ years of experience in client success, account management, benefits consulting, or another customer-facing role, ideally within healthcare, digital health, employee benefits, or a services-driven organization.
    • Experience managing employer clients or employer relationships delivered through a health plan, benefits consultant, or other channel partnership is strongly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of employer benefits and/or health plan environments, including how healthcare solutions are implemented, communicated, and evaluated by employer clients.
    • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments while building trusted relationships and driving engagement, retention, and growth.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders and translate complex information into clear recommendations.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn program and client data into actionable insights.
    • Highly organized and resourceful, with strong prioritization, attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
    • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and familiarity with client reporting or business review tools is preferred.
    • Willingness and ability to travel as needed, estimated at up to 25%.
