Senior Manager, COMPLIANCE AND ETHICS OPERATIONS
NewBe an early applicantThe Senior Manager, MP e-Commerce Compliance will serve as the primary compliance advisor and point of contact (POC) of cross compliance subject matter areas (SMAs), partnering closely with business teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements to enable marketplace business growth. This role will lead compliance risk assessments for new CBT business initiatives and champion the adoption of compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will cultivate strong business partnerships to effectively assess and drive risks mitigation, foster compliance culture and accountability. 1. Strategic business partnership • Act as the compliance liaison for SMAs (eg., Anti-Corruption, Trade Compliance, Data Privacy, etc.), integrating regulatory and compliance requirements into business processes and strategic initiatives. • Proactively monitor business operations to identify and escalate compliance risks, facilitate mitigation through collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders. 2. Business initiative risk assessment & controls • Conduct compliance risk assessments for new business initiatives, evaluate compliance exposure levels and partner with SMEs to establish risk controls throughout project lifecycles • Follow the compliance frameworks to lead MP e-Commerce Compliance CN team’s program review, risk assessment, and risk to control mapping • Manage team’s remediations to track all identified findings and work out remediations to ensure risks timely mitigation. 3. Policy & procedure reviews • Support the review, enhancement, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures. • Collaborate with the global compliance, Legal, business, and Operations teams to ensure all new policies/procedures/standards are effectively communicated. 4. SMAs training & awareness support • Partner with SMEs to implement targeted compliance training programs, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and measurable impact. • Manage ongoing awareness initiatives to foster compliance culture in organization 5. Compliance projects support • Support SME-led compliance project implementation, ensure timely delivery through effective stakeholders’ management.
